Prep for Post™

The first and only prenatal class that helps parents prepare for their own health and wellness after baby(ies).

Prep for Post™ is a gentle, practical, and deeply grounding class designed to help expecting parents feel more prepared, more confident, and more supported as they move into life with a new baby(ies). Instead of offering generic advice or overwhelming checklists, this course walks you step-by-step through the emotional, relational, logistical, and developmental changes that happen in the postpartum period—so you can enter parenthood with clarity, language, and a plan that truly reflects your needs.

Across guided videos, worksheets, reflection prompts, and real-life examples, you’ll explore what healthy adjustment looks like, how postpartum mood and anxiety changes can show up, what risk factors matter (and what you can actually do about them), strategies for sleep, feeding, support systems, stress, coping, communication, and even how to build a postpartum plan that feels realistic and is spot on for what you and your family actually need - it even maps out how to plan for the unexpected.

What makes Prep for Post™ unique is that it doesn’t expect you to “know everything” or “get it right.” Instead, it gives you a safe place to be honest about your worries, identify what matters most to you, and build a support structure that helps you thrive—not just survive—in the first days, weeks, and months with your baby.

Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding another child to your family, this class offers a clear roadmap and meaningful tools for navigating the beautiful, complicated transition into early parenthood.
