What is coaching?
Coaching is a non-clinical, non-licensed support service that is often provided by people with extensive lived experiences or niche training on a topic or set of topics. People who utilize coaching are not looking for or requiring medical diagnosis or intervention, but rather tend to be seeking advice and support on a specific goal or need.
Coaching helps you focus on the now and the future. As well as, often utilizes problem-solving and guidance to reach goals. Learn more about the differences between coaching and counseling below.
