Parent coaching is very different than therapy - basically, if there is no diagnosis and you just need some extra support, this is for you! Available nationally and internationally!
RESTORATIVE JUSTICE
Coaching for schools, academic institutions and businesses looking to meaningfully integrate restorative justice and restorative practices into their workplace, policies and procedures, or to facilitate restorative practices for single-incident conflicts, including Title IX, HHB and Employee conflicts. Kate holds a graduate certificate in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law School.
BUSINESS
Working with individual business owners and small business owners to support a deep exploration of business practices, goals, challenges, and implement systems of support and accountability to help you and your business thrive. Also great for family run businesses, because sometimes family business gets messy. Non-judgmental support to help your family and business succeed.

About Me:
As a seasoned psychotherapist and trained Restorative Justice Practioner with a strong focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, Kate is well positioned to support parents, individuals, groups and businesses identify and reach goals related to everything from parenting to equity audits and recommendations, to navigating conflicts and challenges in a new way, and personal, family or organizational goals.
My Mission:
Kate is on a mission to spread building confidence and competence related to radical vulnerability to help individuals, businesses, and systems grow and tap into their heart-based missions and values. Alignment and harmony are key tenets of Kate's coaching work.
Coaching Fees:
Individual coaching (Parenting, Equity, Business): $300/hour
Group/Restorative Justice/Training: Call to discuss needs.
